Please complete this form with as much information as possible. No bookings will be made without confirmation in writing from The Chappel Chocolate House. Bookings are only secured after receipt of a 50% deposit. Please see cancellation policy and terms and conditions at the end of the booking form.
To secure a date a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking.
All bookings need to be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of the party. Where payment has not been received before the party The Chappel Chocolate House has the right to cancel. In this situation no refund will be available.
Refunds will be available if cancellations are received in writing or by email 2 calender weeks before the date of the party.
In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances another date can be booked. This will be subject to availability at the time of cancellation. Rescheduled parties must be booked within 3 months of the original date, weather permitting (see note below).
The Chappel Chocolate House will invoice you before the event. Payments can be taken by Paypal, cheque or BACs. Bank details will be provided once a booking has been made and agreed.
Parties are not normally available during the summer months (Mid June – September) because of the possibility of hot weather. However it may be possible to arrange something if air-conditioning is available. Please specify this when making an enquiry.
